Problem Solvers Gonna Problem

How to motivate problem solvers and how not to get butt hurt by them.

In the tech industry, in particular, a lot of us are problem solvers. The fun/"fun" thing about problems solvers is that we need a problem. This can be really great if you're looking for people to point out the flaws not so much when you're showing off your new haircut. Here's a lil' ditty about both of these scenarios.
